Thank you. We really love this part of Canada especially in the Autumn. We travel here as often as we can.

We might try to get here for the festival of lights next year - we've never been to it. Though i have to say that mid-February in Montreal is not optimal weather for us.

Love the "snickers exchange" figures. There are 2 kinds of people-those who eat to exercise and those who exercise to eat. Guess which group I'm in?? :lol: :lol:

Joseph bested 500K, and Kevin benighted 400K!!

Approaching milestones:
Jim is in sight of 2M (-44,000m), John is closing on 900K (-6,117m), Glenn is approaching 300K (-24,169m), Jeff and Jamie are neck-and-neck coming up to 200K (-2,000m and -2,366m), and Tom is nearing 75K (-3,964m). Row like the devil's on your tail!

Missed few days with some sort of flu virus. This was my first real day back. I did 7500m and felt ok until the last 2500m when I started getting pretty tired. I plan to row another 7500m tomorrow and Saturday and then resume the "Pete Plan" for beginners at week six where I left off......Warren F.

I‘m back from sunning on the upper deck while everyone swabs the lower deck.
All hands on deck, not falling for any challenges! 9 of 52 members (17%) logged 108,463 total meters Wednesday!

Milestones achieved: John S runs by 900K while Jamie collects 200K!!
Approaching milestones: David in view of 3.6M (-36,364m) while Jim C closes in on 2 MILLION (-24,000m)!
