How about a coffee mug??
I already have done the meds thing-what's left now is the residual effects of the virus. Apparently the virus travels down the nerve paths, and somehow damages the nerves, which is what give the pain. Shingles (and the after effects) can last anywhere from a week to a couple months.

Can't wait to wear it at the 2013 CRASH-B Regatta.
The 2013 C.R.A.S.H.-B. Sprints will be held Sunday, February 17 at Boston University’s Agganis Arena
Who's with me??

NOTE: "Qualification times are NOT required to compete in the C.R.A.S.H.-B. Sprints. The event is open to all competitors regardless of experience/skill levels."

Our shirt is perfect - the CRASH-B website is using the kokpelli guy too. But they are rowing the wrong direction. :D

Wish I could. I'll be at SWEAT (Southwest Ergometer Amateur Tournament) in Dallas. That's our regional for the CRASH-B's (https://www.regattacentral.com/regatta/ ... ob_id=2590).

If you like that, you should try a Hulk.

Actually, I found that I really prefer PowerAde at half strength. However, only Gatorade seems to sell the powder in bulk so that is what I end up with. It is just a bit too sweet even when you mix it weak.

And from the "Boy Do I Feel Inadequate" files...

Impressive doesn't even begin to describe it!

Dag Nabbit! Why did they put them so close together? Heck, I may go there instead. It would be a lot easier to get to. Only 250 miles from my house. Besides, Mass is nasty that time of year. Last year I got snowed in at a truckstop in Connecticut - I had to hire two snow plows and a homeless man with a BIG shovel to dig me out (not mentioning having to walk to Lowes, then back with two heavy bags of salt).

Not only would I buy you a beer when we were done, but I can promise that the homeless in Dallas don't carry big shovels!
