I'm going for 120,000 meters in the FTC. Not too ambitious but I'll be able to stick to the "Pete Plan" and still get there......Warren F.

So, has anyone else logged meters for today yet? I'm not seeing anything showing up on the team page or in the FTC standings at all! :o :o :o :x

I'm aiming for a minimum of 100 000 meters. Doing a lot more Taekwondo training, so have to ratchet down the rowing!! :D

Awright, Ulla!! Hey, we don't mind cross-training... :) It's all good.

I sent an email off to C2 about the overboard meters. Hopefully someone is manning the support boats over the weekend!

Well, folks, nothing to report on the FTC front, due to Concept2's website issue with the challenge. Meters aren't being selected into the challenge results either on the team page or on the standings pages. I have emailed C2 and posted to their Facebook page (strange that no one else has done so), but so far nothing. I really can't believe that they haven't been barraged by complaints regarding this issue. Darlene Brennan usually has 70 or 80k by now.  *

Well, I'll keep an eye on things today and post when I know something, but don't let this discourage you from rowing!! Row strong, TimBukTWO!!

* No kidding. In the 2011 Fall Team Challenge, Darlene, a 67-year-old woman from the Age Without Limits team, reported 2,015,134 meters rowed. She is amazing!

Damselfly,

do you want us to post our daily meters/times on this thread, some other thread, or just on the C2 log?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

anyway, after my 3 hour Epsom salt bath last night following my grueling 1/17 marathon --- I still managed to beat my previous results even though it started raining on me @ 4000 meters:

24:26.6 + 2:26.7 pace = :D for one phat "Truck driver". (Thats what the "T" stands for)

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How did everyone else do?

TMike

Hey, TMike (what's your name in real life? Are you Mike M?), if you're correctly signed up as part of TimBukTWO and/or TimBukTOO, your meters will show up when I collect the stats. They're driven by these pages:

TimBukTOO year-round affiliation: here

TimBukTWO challenge team: here

So if you show up on those pages, you're all set. Again, when they (C2 programmers) fix the issues with the team challenge meters, that second one should show everyone's progress.
