That was a test row to see how my ankle would hold out - feels better but not back to normal by any stretch.

Thanks! This is the first week I'm trying to weave rowing into my half marathon (running) training. It may not be pretty but I have to start somewhere! I'm hoping to start out with 3 rows per week (they will have to be short 30-minute rows, unfortunately) and go from there! Wish me luck. :-)

We now have four Tooians on the medal board for the RowLympics -- David, Keith, Kyle, and Jerry!! Nice rowing, men!!

I'm really amazed at some of the times people seem to row. The current leader has over 56 hours... Holy cow.

Not entirely, but much improved, thanks! I have good days and bad -- more good than bad. Monday had a nice run and felt pretty good, but today's run was abysmal. Who knows. Rowing times are getting back to reasonable, but still need improvement.

Glad to see your back.... I am amazed at the times... Wonder if they are getting paid while they are rowing... anyone want to pay me.... :-)
