I hate rowing the short distances for ranking. It is just too hard. Rowing anything less than 5K seems to use something different in me (like anaerobic stuff, instead of aerobic stuff). I can get in the 90% - 95% percentile for those short distances if I practically kill myself trying, while for the longer distances I can get 95% - 100% percentile and feel fine when I am done.Izzzmeister wrote:Still haven't done a 1K & 2K yet, which are the hardest races for me, since you have to go down to the very bottom of the tank at the end of those.
