The 3rd day is always the worst, but it should get better daily from here.
If you have any limit to mobility - esp. not being able to lift your arms out to the sides - go now. If there's any place in the rotation of your shoulder which gives you searing pain - go now. Otherwise, just observe, don't abuse it, make sure it's getting better daily from here forward.

I never said if I would behave badly or nicely, just that I would behave :P
For the whole year, they're called Affiliations. For the Challenges, the amalgamations are referred to as Teams.

As long as Catherine is in the next room ready to whip you into submission, I don't worry much about you getting out of hand...

Thanks Izz, that was the reassurance I needed. No range of motion issues and no searing pain. Only time it is painful is when lifting things or using the shoulder muscles usually extending arms away from body or over head. But I wouldn't describe it as searing.

When the next team challenge comes around (looks like that is the Fall Team Challenge, starting in September) there is another process you have to go through to select our team and join the challenge. That team is known as TimBukTWO, as opposed to the affiliation, TimBukTOO. We can guide you through the process at that time. Or you can check out the team page to read up on it all... http://log.concept2.com/log_team.asp

Clear as mud?

Thanks-I'm trying, but it's been a very difficult road, to say the least.

Welcome back Mark! I hope you are healing up and have a great season.

David, good luck to you as you work through this recent setback. Maybe you can use the down-time to row that 100K you were aiming to do.

Welcome aboard, Ron!

Dunno. Maybe Izz does. Pre-dated me. Maybe they have to be unique in the database.

And welcome to the team Catherine!!! Another husband/wife pair on the team. The couple that rows(1) together, doesn't row(2) together! :)

Row: Verb:
1.Propel (a boat) with oars
2.Have a quarrel
