Sad to say, Walter & Jerry rowed too close to the end of the Earth, and have fallen off. Hopefully, using the fitness they acquired with TimbukTOO, they will be able to vanquish the fire-breathing Sea Serpent that lives there, and be able to climb back onto terra firma! 8 of our 27 worried members (30%) logged 91,184 total meters Sunday!

Milestones achieved: David W fried 400K!!! Matthew R sizzled 150K, Joseph W boiled 150K, Gary G roasted 35K while Fred B baked 15K!!

Approaching milestones:
Lee leaning on 100K (-406m), Glenn eyeballing 75K (-9,693m) while Fred evolves towards 25K (-8,232m)!

Posted Meters:
David W - 25,042 Scared away all the competition!
Kyle J - 12,000 Taking a page from the K. James edition!
Matthew R - 11,201 Unstoppable!
Joseph W - 10,433 Fourth 10K+ this week!

Lee C - 10,000 Big week!
Fred B - 8,028 Climbed back on…
Keith J - 7,953 Daily big rows!
Gary G - 6,527 Getting the season moving!

If you want to go by the book, here's the official 110K training program:

I think it was Gary's kid saying "Chow" (or something like that)!

Important knee tip I saw: If you have any knee problems, lift the front of your C2 a bit until the seat no longer slides forward by itself!

I've been doing a few ks as a warm up before some runs, and as warm-up and finish for the weight training videos I do. Getting some more meters in...

Bummer about your marathon attempt! Do you have a second "launch window"?
