I ranked some pieces today. My 5k was just a regular workout but I figured what the heck. Then i did a 500m as well where I truly tried to push it.

Tomorrow I'm going to rank a 2k so I can check my vo2max or whatever it is. My standard workouts place me in the poor category so i am hoping I can do better when actually pushing and trying :-)

For a Model D, it is recommended every 50 hours of use:

What good can come from rowing, you ask, besides the obvious health and fitness benefits? Well, keep it up and you too can be a music video star!! B)

Correction: We said in this space that ex-basketball player Shaquille O'Neal had a Concept 2 Model E rower custom-made to fit his height. We must amend that to read DR. Shaquille O'Neal...

Hey guys and gals, rowers and rowettes, I'm going to be out of town tonight and tomorrow night, and posting from points beyond. For you new folks, this means I'm using my phone to post the numbers (assuming I can get cell or wi-fi coverage!), so editing of the post and adding "atta-peeps"* will be limited to non-existent. So just bear with me if numbers are late or missing, or the posts seem rather vanilla.

Hubby and I are headed into the mountains for a little much-needed R&R.

Row strong, team!

* Atta-peeps -- the all-gender-encompassing form of "atta-boys". :lol:

If your activity level outside the forum matches your level here it's certainly well deserved!

Hope you have a great weekend,
