The handle seems stuck...

Post by Fooms » May 5th, 2012, 12:54 am

Hello!

I just assembled the Model E rower and was about to give it a try. Much to my dismay, the handle seems stuck and doesn't want to come out--something must be stuck? I am hoping that it is something simple but would like your opinion on what to do. I am a definite newbie so your help is appreciated.

Thanks!

Chain routing, take the cover off the bottom (you should break it down (in half) before you do this) and see how the chain runs - you should see the chain running over a sprocket and through some pulleys. Get it all in line like designed (reference the diagrams Citroen linked or your manual), then you should be good to go! Good rowing!

Once I got the chains exposed, I could see that the chain was off the sprocket. I wiggled the chain a few times and it was back in! It works! Thanks for your help....and now the fun part!
