I am truly amazed by the studs (both male and female, in this case) on our team who rack up those meters day after day! I am lucky to put in a slim 6000-7000m every other day! I'd love to do more, but the priority right now is to just do enough to stay in shape, then move on to the next activity. Maybe when my little Gravy boat (son Grayson) goes to school in two years, I'll have lots of free time! (yeah, right!)
I am so lucky to have found this team! I like reading everyone's stories, especially those from folks who have gotten themselves on a path to better health through rowing. The energy and enthusiasm of our teammates comes through in these chats and does a great deal toward motivating me to row. I need that because it is easy and tempting to find something else to do with that half-hour.
New teammates: welcome aboard! This is a great place to be!
