Have any of you developed a training schedule just using the preprogrammed workouts?

The Custom List can be updated with your favourite workouts from your favourite plan (using a LogCard). You create a favourite on your LogCard then use the LogCard Utilities option on the PM3/PM4 to update the Custom List.
There's a couple of the workouts on the standard list that are a little bit silly.

That's an understatement! It is a nuisance that the standard list can't be changed and it is also a nuisance to make changes in the Custom list. This is one great advantage that RowPro has for me, i.e. that you can have a lot more stored programs than the erg monitor and logcard allow. I suppose that one could use more than one logcard for storing additional favorite workouts, but it would be cumbersome to try to keep track of which workouts were on which card. I didn't realize when I got RowPro that it had that capacity, but it was a neat bonus.Citroen wrote:The Custom List can be updated with your favourite workouts from your favourite plan (using a LogCard). I was thinking more along the lines of: Monday - 10, 000 meters, Tuesday - 500 meters x 10, Wednesday - 30:00 minutes, Thursday - 2,000 meters, Friday -5,000 meters, Saturday - 30 seconds on/30 seconds off x 20 for example.
