Hee-hee! I saw posts stating "welcome Karen G." and I had two thoughts: 1) I'm not new, so why are they welcoming me and 2) I have to remind them I spell my name differently. Then I had a quick revelation. We must have a new Karen G. on board.
So, from one Karyn G. to another Karen G. Welcome to the Lunatics. We are a fun bunch. Happy Erging!
Karyn

Hi Everyone,
I am excited to join the team and compete in the competitions. It has been a few years since I rowed, but I got back on the saddle and made a committment to row a minimum of 10,000 meters 4-5 days a week. two goals, lose weight and improve my time everytime I get on.
Good Luck to all and thanks for having this site so we all can keep in touch.

Wooo Hooo, Tony and Elton. Way to row!
And a great big welcome to all the new team mates who jumped on board while I was doing the dog-paddle behind the boat - and to Ed and Karen G. #2

Congrats on your 2 millions meters Sam!
Still dragging my behind toward 1 million for the season, now if it just went a little faster...

Hi Kona,
I got your message, for some reason I can't respond in private. I joined the team last week. Tell me what information you need and I will provide whatever you need.
Best,

Kona2 wrote:Woohoo! Love it when a Luna-Tics wins ! Congratulations, Katerina, on earning some Concept2 March Madness goodies by rowing at least 5K (and entering those meters into your online logbook)! Wonder what the odds are of a second Luna-Tic winner in this contest?? (get out the probability tables...)
I had my math kids calculate it out this morning - they had a ball! As of this morning, there were 5043 people in the challenge and 82 of them are Luna-Tics. They came up with a 33.6% probability that at least one more Luna-Tic would win this month!
