Email C2 and describe the problem as well as you can. Expect a reply with a few more questions. They'll send you a new flywheel and/or other parts. ...and an email to the rowing address proved enough. I'll get to fit my machine with a new flywheel in a couple of days. If anyone else runs into this issue, contacting C2 is probably the best approach. Does that go without saying?

What could cause this could be that the lack of shock cord tension. If it is that it is easy to deal with. You can either replace it or check it. If it is not something related to that, it may be some technique issues. So you will review how you are rowing. If you rush down and up at 28 stroke...these are what you may need to consider
