Sorry I had to back off a bit. Seems my cathertization "entry" location was not fully healed and I jumped the gun. (Well, heck I was feeling really good) I think the situps and crunches I did on Friday set me back (not the rowing) but I have been taking it easy throughout the weekend. Did a light row of 2500 last night and it felt good to be back on the erg!!!.

Back home from NYC. The Vanderbilt Y had "pay computers"..10 minutes for $2.00 so I could post my meters and check E-mail. Will be back to the Tuscaloosa Y and the Erg tomorrow.
Had a Marilyn Monroe experience at the corner of Lexington Ave and 47th St. Was walking on the subway grate when a train came rushing underneath.... yup.... my Utilikilt went flying up... much to the amusement of two young girls standing by!!! Fortunately nothing was exposed that would have gotten me in trouble!! Life is good!!!!

Now I'm afraid to close my eyes, in case I get a picture of that stuck in my mind... I'm glad NY has advanced from pay toilets to pay computers!
