Sure, why not? You're already way farther than I'll ever get in a season!!

Or you could try to catch up to David. ;)

Think I'll can the couch and continue chasing the next one up on the list. Catching up to is a whole other story though

Pain-free but not discomfort-free. I'm beginning to suspect my trail-running shoes. Wore them around when we did some shopping for plants this weekend and was getting sharp stabbing pains through my left instep. Switched shoes and it stopped, plus ran 5+ miles in my road shoes and was fine. :(

Smitty, if you manage to put a couch in a can, I'll be muy impressed!

I'd put those dust bunnies on the rower to see if they could log some meters for you. A good guest always brings a cooler - which doubles as a seat.

So I tried something yesterday which I have never tried before...the timed 2k. I don't erg competitively, so it has never been something that I bothered with. But for some reason, yesterday morning I felt like laying it down and seeing what I could do at 90ish percent. And I was rewarded by a sub 7min 2k. Of course this has now given me a benchmark in which to aim the next time I decide to do this...which I will at some point.
Have a great weekend everyone!
