Kind a hate to lose the weight lifting limit of 10 lbs., that came in pretty handy several times getting out of stuff I didn't want to do.

I'l report in after the eval.

Good luck with it Danno...BBB

Well The 8 week eval is over and I got the all clear to resume normal activity. With the admonition to us common sense when try an activity I haven't tried for several months. And to not try and bench press 400 lbs right away.

So it looks like I can row pretty much uninhibited for the last two days of the Challenge.

Thanks for the prayers and good thoughts over the past 2.5 months.

As we head into the weekend and the last day of the challenge (well down-under that is) good luck to all, I hope you have achieved you goals and above all had a good time!

For those that joined during the challenge I hope you stay on for the continuing adventures and camaraderie of Team Luna-tics...

I’m up for another two-days of white-water kayaking this Saturday and Sunday, but will get a final challenge row in tomorrow morning before I get out onto (under! ) the water... And I’ll drink a toast to fellow Lunies tonight... Cheers, BBB B)

Thanks Minnie. I wish I was a little more tech savvy and do some of the neat things K2 does :? But, at least I hope I can keep the boat off the rocks
How does it feel. Well, I think I'm going to have the impression of the seat on my posterior for a long time

Good job Ron! 70k was my highest before the 100k. Do you start to wonder what you could do if you had fresh legs? All I can think about is how great it's going to be to not row on Sunday. I have one row left in me tonight before I post my meters. We started strong together. Let's finish strong together.

So it's almost 2 am here, and sadly I'm still awake, but instead of sleeping I'm going to do some rowing (slowly so I don't wake the neighbours) Anyways, I'm going to propose a cupcake bet, Whoever can guess the closest number of metres that I can row in the next 22 hours gets a cupcake!
