Just curious . Is there anyone on this forum who has some form of A-Fib expierience .
I had an episode a few days ago after doing a lot of outside labour in the heat and then I did a hard 10k row and afterward ,while having dinner , I went into a 3 hour A-Fib episode . I have had Lone A-Fib several times over the many past years . The episodes can be seperated by as many as 5 years . It always shatters my comfort level when getting back at cardio after it has happened . Anyway , I would be happy to hear of anyone else's expierience with this this problem .

A-Fib
Re: A-Fib
I had it a couple of times about six months following quadruple-bypass surgery back in 2008. I have not had anything since. Those two times were a response to my body resetting itself based on diet, weight loss and stress I think. What really gets me about it is the pills I had to take for a couple of months following. My HR was slowed way down even when attempting to work out. I hope I don't have that again. Best wishes and take care of yourself. Check out the link http://www.cardiacathletes.org.uk to a forum where many people have much more experience with this issue than I do.
