Some great rowing in the past few weeks team, great job all round!
I have only been back a week from vacation, and it still amazes me how hard I find returning to either the Erg or running pavements. Still, onwards and upwards!
I am running the Adidas Thunder 24hour relay on the last weekend in July, need to seriously step up my training!

Thanks for the Welcome back! I've finally gotten back on the water and the erg. Did all I could tarping roofs and cleaning up the tornado damage with Samaritan's Purse. It will wear you out!! Now I'm trying to get my life back to a semblance of what it used to be. That said... I head out on a road trip tomorrow for nearly two weeks!!!
