Please define "soon".ranger wrote:We'll soon see.lancs wrote:And yet you, the greatest erger of our lifetime, could row nowhere near this pace for a FM (and I mean as a 60's hwt, ie right now, not 8 years ago)ranger wrote:the 60s hwt FM WR is 1:54 pace.

Wretched stuff.
A bit odd to call this 'wretched stuff'?
Is that soon as in three hours from now?
Is that soon as in three days from now?
Is that soon as in three weeks from now?
Is that soon as in three months from now?
Is that soon as in three years from now?
Is that soon as in three decades from now?
Or (more likely) is that soon as in three centuries from now?
Some of us would prefer the first (three hour) definition then you can stop bleating about a FM @ 1:46 (that you'll never do) and move on to a HM @ 1:43 (that you'll also never do) [Note: I applied Paul's "Law" (half d minus 3) to your virtual PB for the FM to get a vPB of 1:43 for the HM.]
It'll take you less than three hours to row that FM, so go away and do it. BTW, don't bother coming back and posting until it's done and you're the new virtual 60+HWT record holder.
