The 60s hwt FM WR will be the easiest to beat- by far.

At 1:54, it predicts only a 1:40/6:40 2K, while Hendershott's 60s hwt 2K WR is 1:36/6:24.

Even on the basis of my unprepared 2Ks rowing at max over the last couple of years, I should be able to do a FM @ 1:54, my pb from back in 2003.

Do you deliberately misattribute quotes to provoke a reaction? Just click the quote button. My dog could do it and he is an idiot. What time are you breaking the record today O great one?

I am not training to row a FM @ 1:54.

Been there, done that--10 years ago.

I am training to row a FM @ 1:48.

Pretty different matter.

In other words, you will never do anything again.

You are a pathetic little man.

No, it means that I am rowing at lot of 1:48 @ 25 spm (and 1:43 @ 29 spm).

I never row 1:54 @ 20 spm.

The rate is too low; the pace is too slow.

Hi ranger. It seems you've started misattributing quotes, something that takes more effort than quoting people correctly, and must therefore be deliberate. If I see you do it (yet) again I'll ban you for a week. Any questions?

He'll need more than a week to deliver everything he has promised to do this season. Why not make it a month, so he can concentrate on getting some of it done?

I suspect that I have done 60-70 million meters over the last decade.

That's quite a bit.

Chatting here doesn't have anything to do with rowing.

No mention of rowing only erging here. And you done nothing to provide verifiable evidence you do anything besides erg for a few minutes, post to this forum repeat. Your poor students get the short end of it since it would seem you can't focus on grading their work.

You suspect? In 10 seconds you can see the exact number of meters you've done over the last decade. In fact, this number has been requested from your PM4 many times and you refuse to show it. I wonder why? Pathetic.
