No, I can't do 6:24 without distance trials and quite a bit of sharpening.
6:24 would be a pb by four seconds--ten years later.
Given my hwt 6:27.5 in 2002, when I was 51, the prediction is that I will row a hwt 6:44.5 in 2012, when I will be 61.
The decline with age among veterans is 17 seconds over 2K from 50 to 60.
