But yesterday you said you row 52k a day - which is it?
What?

Naw.

I am rowing 20K a day right now (together with biking, as cross-training).

I will try to build this up to 42K a day, first, perhaps, by adding a second session.

Then, by doing the full 42K in one session.

What?

Yeah.

Yesterday you said that you've rowed millions and millions of meters at 13spi, 119df. But you only started that at the very end of 2010, so to have done millions and millions (i.e. at least 4 million) you must have done at least 52k per day.

Prove it. Post a pic of the cumulative meters total on your PM4.
No need to "prove" anything about my training, especially to the likes of those like you chattering here.

Bloody waste of time.

Just a need to keep doing it.

In erging, racing is entirely redundant.

It is just a reflection of your training.

So, as in the past, I am happy to have my races stand as the "proof" of my training.

My next race will be a FM, 1:48 @ 24 spm (11.5 SPI).

4-to-1 ratio

108 df.

O.K., a million and a half?

Whatever, 20K a day.

I have been rowing at 13 SPI (and other dfs.) now for millions and millions and millions of meters.

50 million?

I won't be rowing at 13 SPI much at all, now.

I'll be rowing at 28 spm and 11.5 SPI.

I also won't be rowing at 119 df.

I'll be rowing at 108 df.

75% is low UT1? I thought that sounded funny. What are 74,73,72 and 71?

Then ranger wrote:

For me, it's middlin' UT1.

Oh, you get it. It's not low UT1. 75% is in the middle of the band (referred to technically as "middlin')

For me, 145 bpm is top end UT1; 172 bpm is top-end UT1.

OK, I understand if you don't want to be taken seriously. Proof and verification isn't really your thing is it.

Anyway, keep up with your chattering. It's good therapy and keeps you away from the bottle I guess.

Why do you think that?

His drinking problem won't be helped in any way and this hole thread is utter useless, and why some people find it amuzing to follow is beyond me.
C2 should stop this thread, it serves nobody, it never has and it never will. Not to ranger, not the others, not to c2

Of my training?

Agreed.

I don't see any reason whatsoever to "prove and verify" your training.

The proof and verification of your training is the quality of your racing.

Nice 70min on the Kurt Kinetic after erging.

HR flat at 151 bpm.

These bike rides are _very_ easy now.

I will need to stretch them to 2.5 hours, just to get used to the FM distance.

Around 50 miles

yeah right. I follow it, because there are lies spread about me. I want to stop that if possible.

The bet I once made with the nutty drinker was something he wanted to, and that 6.40 was certainly possible for him, his own creazy ways prevented him from not gettting below that mark.
About those others "goals" or better said random numbers, I never have had 1 second doubt he would ever come within a lightyear of does. So in fact for me it never has been a bet, it was only a way to tickle him ans make him race.
If he had payed me I had let the forum decide what to do with the money. I found that a nice gesture to get dangy in a better spotlight. In hindsight naief :P The nutty pro never had ideas of paying me. He even did not pay the 25 dollar he lost to Roy and it took he months to come up with a head he lost to Byron.

ranger, this whole thread is one big fail. You haven't shown one shred of evidence of that you can come close to the lies you throw out every day.

It amazes me how much time you spend on here posting the same crap over and over again. When you retire, will you spend even more time on here?! Yikes! And I understand why you will never let anyone know the details of your workouts, because then everyone would see that you are so far away from being able to do what you imply you can do, and then your game would be over.

Concept2, please stop this thread now so that I don't waste any more time here. It has to be embarrassing that this thread is probably the first one someone new to this forum would look at.

I have wasted too much time checking out this thread daily to see what crap and lies come out of ranger's pathetic little scrawny mouth. I think I need help ... but not nearly as much as ranger does.

If you have no interest in how someone might train themselves to beat a WR by a dozen seconds per 500m or row like those 25 years younger than they are, then, sure, that says a lot about you, but it has no bearing on the usefulness of this thread.
