I trained a 6:55.0 at home.
You spent $1,000, flew to England and yanked a 7:02....
Those are the facts.
So you sit on one for hours each day to get a 7:02 2k as a season's best?ranger wrote:Dougie--

Did I say I got injured on an erg?ranger wrote:Mike--
Getting injured (or sick or stale) are the most dumb-ass things anyone can do in this sport.
You have to be a total stiff about training, and a total novice about rowing more generally, to injure (or otherwise incapacitate) yourself on an erg.

I could beat you at 2k this morning ( in an IND_V posted screen shot) and I'm not as well trained as you are and weigh 20lbs less than you.
