I think the plan now should be to do continuous "Steamroller" rows along the lines of the standard distance events: 5K, 6K, 30min, 10K, 60min, HM.

Then, I can just extend this to 30K, and then a FM.

Does this new plan have dates associated with it... as in a timetable...?
Didn't think so.

I say this because you pointed out here that you thought you were ready for 10x2k/1:00r ~ 23 spm ~ UT last weekend

IOW: When do you "think" you have a plan vs when do you (simply) have a plan.
Or, is this merely an
"ranger thinks" thread?

Is there ever any doing?
