Log card

Hi,
I am new to this concept2 erg
I am buying a used model D pm3 it does not have the log card.
Do i need one in order to use it.

No you do not. All the log card does is store lots more workouts than the memory will hold without a card (the memory still holds a lot though). Also, log cards are only $6 (I think) from C2.
