I am ready for the Jan VTC - been in training for nearly a whole week should be plenty right? Stocked up on ibuprofen.

As for Pam, she doesn't want to commit to a number, but I will for her (isn't marriage great ) I will say that Pam will do at least 45k

I think I just joined the challenge, but am not sure I did it correctly since I had to drop TimbukTOO as a team. Hopefully this doesn't drop my meters off the team total. If I messed up, please let me know & I'll fix it.

Also put me down for 125k, though, personally, I am shooting for a slightly higher number.
