I love the music by Eva Cassidy. Her music is the most beautiful I've heard anywhere.
Here are the 19 songs on the cd that I made of her music.
imagine
at last
blue skies
you take my breath away
natural woman
heaven
bridge over trouble water
say goodbye
danny boy
songbird
autumn leaves
i know you by heart
ain't no sunshine
what a wonderful world
fields of gold
time after time
true colors
kathy's song
over the rainbow
Here are some web sites about her:

I must agree with John Rupp on this one. Eva Cassidy was one of, if not the best interpreter of music that I ever heard. When she died in 1996 she was not known outside of the Washington DC area. Since then there have been 2,500,00 of her albums sold in the US and 3,500,00 others, mostly in Europe. I can think of no other musician who has done this.
She was phenomenal. Listen to her before you call her "girly"

I tend to go to the CD cupboard and grab something I haven't listend to in ages. Then rip the best (my favourite) tracks to the PC in the garage nest to the C2.
Then the best bit is to run media player through on random
recently added
a couple of Dido tracks (i've only ever found 2 that I like)
Bach - Cello concerto
Lots of Queen
Simply Red
Everything but the girl
Manfred Manns Earthband
Frankie goes to Hollywood
various Maria Callas Opera
Frank Sinatra
Van Morrison
and Michael Buble for my wife
I also love listening to sport on the radio (mainly cricket)
I also have an Eva Cassidy album, I'll take your advice and add some of those

Brendo: I agree with many of your musical likes, not that much on opera.Brendo wrote: ..
