I believe it must be a world record - this is what I did within 28 hours:
Friday evening:
- led one Indoor Rowing lesson
- carried 5 ergs D’s (from 1st floor, 12+12+10 stairs, 4 doors), squeezed them into my Seat Alhambra, drove 20 kilometers, carried the ergs from the parking lot to the hall in the basement (12+10 stairs)
Saturday morning
- carried another 5 ergs from one place to another (see above)
- carried 14ergs E’s from 1st floor in the gym to the hall (150 steps, 6 staircases of 15+15+5+5+2+5 stairs)
Then 2 special lessons took place (led by another instructor)
Saturday noon
- took 5 ergs from the second place to the first one (from the basement, 12+10 stairs, to the car, 20km, to the 1st floor, 12+12+10 stairs, 4 doors)
- drove back
Start of Suunto Indoor Rowing Serie
Saturday afternoon
- took part in 5km race – 18:05
Saturday evening
- carried 14 E’s from the hall in the basement to the first floor (150 steps, 6 staircases of 15+15+5+5+2+5 stairs)
- took 5 ergs from the second place to the first one (from the basement, 12+10 stairs, to the car, 20km, to the 1st floor, 12+12+10 stairs, 4 doors)
I do not want to do this ever again.

Re: New erging record
It's people like you that make for successful erg races. If the folks there didn't say it: Thank You!
Mark Underwood. Rower first, cyclist too.
