WOOO HOOOO Just made my 5 million lifetime meters. Took awhile longer than I liked. I've kinda slacked off last month, I've been battling an old truck injury. Seems that about 30 years ago ago I dropped a 46 chevy pick-up on me (long story) and suffered a second degree shoulder separation that has come back to haunt me... Wow how appropriate, any way I hope it doesn't slow me down to much. Congrats on everyone's achievements.

TO THE MOON!!!

ImageImageImage It's here - Skeleton Crew!

Now some of the team will get right to this 31K ... in one sitting. Some will work away at the 31K and get done just under the wire! Doesn't matter how you shake, rattle and row......it's a great and doable challenge for those who have hesitated to participate in challenges! And, quite frankly, the next TWO challenges are beasty month long, whuppers (this may be a new word in astrogator-ese, but you get the drift).

Captured the numbers at the usual time - just couldn't get to the posting bit until now.

Season meters as of 175/365 = 38,651,320 m

Total meters on the day = 233,884 m

Oars in space (participation) = 15 percent

I suspect there are some pirates within our ranks. I just heard another Arrrrg! I thought some of you would be interested in this link on women pirates through history. Just something my wife's book group was exploring recently.....
