No you won't. You can't rate up and hold that SPI. If you try you'll be blowing smoke rings from your pooter at around 750m.

I have already done 12 SPI for 2K @ 31 spm, without even sharpening for the effort.
When I am fully sharpened for the effort, I'll have the anaerobic capacity to rate up to 34-36 spm.
The low drag will only help things this time around.
If you can do it, rowing at low drag is more effective and efficient.
More skill, more length, more quickness, better timing, better sequencing, better leverage, less work, more rest.
