The Boston Erg Marathon is a go. We may try to set it up so that virtual rowers from around the world can join. More information will be posted as it becomes available. (See same topic under "competitions".)

Cheers,

Paul Flack

Paul, I'll join in on this one. It seems to be the right time to do a marathon, plus no one works in this town on that day anyway.

Great! That makes three rowers signed up. Will you need an erg or will you bring your own?

Paul Flack

But, I have supported her in two marathons, so hopefully she'll reciprocate.

She's looking to run a 1/2 marathon in April, so maybe we can train together. (Her birthday is in April, so she always wants to run then after having a baby).

Paul,

Just a suggestion. You have this thread going in both competitions and e-row which is going to get confusing if we get much activity. How about picking the one in competitions since it has the most activity and dropping this one.

Frank

I figured that the competition thread would be the proper place for the Boston Marathon since it will be a venue race. I just added it here for those international e-rowers who might only look at the e-row forums. So, now they know where to look if they are interested in more information.

Regards,

Paul Flack
