As for me my plans are to do some serious training for the CRASH-Bs and forget about administering races for a while. <br /><br />Frank

It won't make a difference in the results, but I am a lightweight now, and I would guess that the nonathlon points for today are for a 40's heavy?<br /><br />Thanks again for doing this Frank, it was a lot of fun and very challenging.

Oh yeah, congratulations Joe. That is Joe Greco, right? If I could have only hung on last week for another 100m or so, he wouldn't have picked up that 1 bonus point to win the heat and take the series.

Ernie >and all the others I forgot to mention)<br />I did enjoy it and it was a great motivator to go for some maximum results.<br /><br />Second:<br /><br />Joe congratulations with the overall title. <br /><br /> <br /><br /><br />Just one question Frank:<br />Why did you count my 2k(straight) result instead of my 5k (str)result?<br />A top 3 position is something i can brag about ( besides i can tell my wife that it was for a good course I did spend the last 10 sunday mornings on the erg )<br /><br />I hope there will be a follow-up event in the near future.<br /><br />Pieter

Great series Frank. Thanks for doing this. I liked this format better than what we had in the summer series. I think the only change I would make is maybe run the straight before the handicap so that we get a lot of sand out of the bag.<br /><br />That was a close one between you and Joe. My 1st post....<br /><br />Thanks everyone. <br /><br />It wasn't my intention to win this series. What I really needed was<br />to see if I could push myself harder and to better some PB's. I also<br />wanted to see how I would hold up in some head to head competition.<br />These were my demons!<br /><br />Well I did set some PB's and I'm not as intimidated by 2k's anymore!<br />Heck I've now raced a total of 4-2k's in 4 years and I'm still a bundle<br />of nerves at race time!! javascript:emoticon(':o')<br />smilie<br /><br />I want to thank Frank for all the time he put into this series as well as<br />all the race directors throughout the 10 weeks. <br /><br />To everyone who raced, you're all good ergers but more importantly<br />I know you're also great people.<br /><br />HAPPY HOLIDAYS ......and I'll see you on linejavascript:emoticon(';)')<br />smilie<br /><br />Joe

Thank you Frank for the fall series I am sorry I had to let you down at the end (work,vacation,etc). I really enjoy the series and hope having more time next time. <br /><br />Congradulation to the top 3 finishers very tight finish
