I don't have any problem with those.
I have those in spades.
So why worry?
I am not rowing OTW to maintain/improve my fitness.
I use the erg for that.
A couple of years ago in my old Peinert, 2:00 @ 30 spm was a limit of sorts for my OTW rowing.
Now, I do 2:00 at 26 spm with the same effort.
If I keep working at it for another year or two, maybe I can move that toward 2:00 @ 22 spm.
I am not racing; I am trying to get better at rowing.
