Say what?
Not true at all.
No one my age or older came within 20 seconds of my 2K time last year, and I was racing without any anaerobic training, either sharpening or distance trials.
I can get a dozen seconds each over 2K from sharpening and distance trials, which I am adding to my race preparation this year.
So my 6:41 last year is _very_ encouraging.

Looks to me as though I exist.
Why would you say that I don't?
If your/their point of view is that I don't exist, it is time that you/they change their point of view.
