TimbukTOO Team Room
Re: The TimbukTOO/TIMBUK2 Team Room SEASON 2010
I'm slowing down just a little bit, basically to work on form. You guys probably won't notice it too much, unless you look at my times and see how I'm crawling! I realized I've been relying on the straps to pull me back on the slide. That's fine if you stick to erging, but since the shells have universal, large size fits none (I'm 5'1"), during my last row on the water, popped out of the man's size 10 shoes, "caught a crab" (caught the blade in the water) and literally flung myself out of the seat backwards! No stopping still, 1 million meters is not too far away.

Thanks Fred, much appreciated. But really , thanks for all that each one of you do for the team.
Welcome back to Mike, we sorely missed him.
TimbukTOO had an awesome day yesterday with 148879 meters rowed almost doubling the previous day. Way to row everyone.
Just a reminder, my wife Bobbie is having the knee replacement surgery tomorrow, so I may not have stats until Friday if they allow me to stay at the hospital. If they don't , well then everything will be the same old , same old.

Just got back from the hospital with Bobbie. Knee replacements are tough and she has a very long road to go down and much hard work, but she will do it. I hate hospitals and will be glad to sleep in my own bed. I will be helping her with therapy the next several weeks and she has to be on a CMP machine 2 hours in the morning and 2 at night so maybe I can get some rowing in then. I have missed exercising these past 4 days.
Great work team, we are still in 9th place. I will try and update stats from Tuesday to Friday tomorrow. Congrats to Audrene for topping 300K and Chuck for topping 100K. There may be more but I just glanced at the page.
Take care team and keep rowing for your health.

Jim,
Did not see my meters on your list for the week (14831). Just wanted to make sure they were logged for the team.
Thanks for doing the Captains job, never easy.
