but, that's not how you would interpret that session, is it
you would say "I did 38.5 minutes(the duration of the 8x500 session including the rests) at 1:45"
bottom line, 8x500 r3:30 @ 1:45 predicts that person can do 7 minutes at 1:45, not 38 minutes at 1:45...
