Most of them were rowed a couple years back around the time I went to the Crash Bs. Since then I've spent more time on the water and less on the erg so my times have suffered. Hopefully with this series I might be able to regain some of that old form but until then my current form is similar to your season PBs.

I'd prefer if you set these races up Saturday morning, your time around GMT 8.

If we do turn out to be a fast group, without any slow pokes in it, then the handicap races won't differ too much from the straight races(starting times fairly close together).

Rockin Roland

All the vital stats are in my signature at the bottom of the post.

I know it is meant as a weekend series but if it makes it easier I ( it would for me ) I would be happy to use the Thursday OR_ session as a fall series race if that is okay with Frank.

Cheers.

Nigel.

I probably won't be able to join any on-line races until after the Head of The Charles on Oct. 22. All my weekends are geared to learning how to make a row boat move quickly.

Cheers,

Paul Flack

Frank, my PBs below are my SBs as well. I'm not sure how many races I can make and I've lost some fitness, but I'm hoping to get some of them in.

Jeff

All you have to do is row together. Even if you all row badly technically, as long as you make the same mistakes together, then the boat should move fast enough to get past the crews that are only rowing well 50% and not together.

Enjoy rowing on the water before it freezes over because the erg will always be there for you when it does.

Rockin Roland
Jeez, a hemispheric-centric series. I'd have to wait six months to row. Notherners are so ignorant. Just makes me want to.... well..........participate.

I'll be glad to join the Spring racing series.

Use my PBs all from last year, my SBs are not worth mentioning due to a lack of racing.

my PBs are

CODE

1000 3:28.6
2000 7:18.5
5000 19:20.0
6000 23:32.6
10000 39:47.9

42 yrs, Hwt (still), male

andy

Hi, Frank last spring I did fit test all my team members on the erg and I did adjust their final result according to their personal weight. Concept 2 has a formula to make those adjustement easy. It is very interesting to see those result compare to the 2 general weight class. Any how if you are interested I can send you the formula.

Actually I do get a bit of advantage due to my very light weight

Alain

At a minimum we would have to have everyone competing weighed on a certified scale. Who is going to administer that?

Frank
