I have no doubt that you've done that over and over (the last time being 2003, I assume, since you have not done any sharpening since), which means you have never NOT done it and have no way of comparing the two situations. Maybe you should ask yourself if Lance Armstrong goes running 2 hours every day, or if any of your precious Danes hop on a bike for two hours every day during the last few weeks before the World Championships.ranger wrote:

Crosstraining 2 hours a day is counterproductive when "sharpening". A waste of energy and time.
