The regular OR_ sessions have been running every Tuesday and Thursday at 18:40 GMT for the last 2 years on the E-row server. This week I have decided to try them on the Rowpro server to see if they attract more participants and if it is reliable enough.

I have scheduled a 10k for Tuesday and a 5k for Thursday. Any standard welcome.

If all goes well and there are no technical problems then I will continue to use the Rowpro server.

Cheers.

Nigel.

Nigel,

This week is my last week of sculling classes which meet on Tues. and Thurs. Two workouts a day is too much for an old man like me. I will try to join you next week when the classes are over.

Cheers,

Paul Flack

Paul/Jaap,

It looks like from September we could be back to the regular 5+ rowers each session as we already have 3 for this week's sessions.

Cheers.

Nigel.

Tom looked fine all the way to the end on my screen. In fact, it was his dogged persistence that drove me into the ground. Well done Tom!

Ernie
I saw you allready did 38:53 a few days ago. What is your PB?
My 39:36 yesterday was close to SB but not an all-out effort all the way. PB is 39:04 (from previous season).

However, I intend to do a sub 39' this season (at last ). It would be very nice to do this in an online race with you.

Tom
