What did Sir Pirate used to call it? Oh, yeah... "Glory Weight"
My guess is that if you had to weigh-in before a lightweight hour on the erg: your blood would coagulate in your veins due to dehydration....
Have you ever logged a lwt hour?.... If so, what was it in meters?
I am now a walking around lightweight, Mike.
In fact, I think I am headed for 155 lbs. by the end of April.
I have about 145 lbs. of non-fat body mass, no more than you.
I race when I am ready, not just randomly, or for whatever.
I am indeed getting ready for distance trials.
So I will do them pretty soon.
That's not my concern right now, though.
My major concern right now is with the 2K.
And the 2K will continue to be my major concern until the end of April.
I am going to be sharpening with anaerobic intervals (500m, 1K, 2K, 5K, etc.) until then, in order to make my whole base available for racing.
