Team for Reasonably Aged Human?

I'm looking for a compatible team for a reasonably aged human. I figure I have used up about 70% to 90% or so of my time on the planet!

I have been rowing indoors for over 20 years, first on hydraulic piston rowers and a Model C since about 1994 or so. My lifetime meters are 5.4 million. I presently only row once a week for 6,000 or 7,000 meters and do other cardio-respiratory things like an elliptical machine or indoor bicycle machine other days. I could increase my rower output to 15 to 20k if I felt some motivational push.

We have a team room right here and for the most part the team room is for all the team to participate and /or read and just "learn".I have tried to be a motivating factor for the team by offering words to row by :D and daily stats to see how the rest of the team is doing.
Our goals are individual in nature and as a team.Since we are all different and unique in age, ability and skill levels..we try to use our skills to enhance the team but yet work toward meeting our goals as individualsCould be weight loss, could be to transition from running or other sport to cross train or recover from an over use injury.
We row when we want..as much or as little without criticism or expectations.
Being a part of a virtual team makes us accountable.days we don't feel like jumping on the erg..we think twice and know that we won't meet our own goals but won't meet the teams either.We are not highly competitive but at times healthy competition makes us meet our own individual goals.
We are also part of Team TIMBUK2 which is a team for Challenges and we are made up of rowers from other teams as well.
I am a Personal Trainer and try to offer my expertise as a help to the rowers.
I guess our goal is to row and have fun..be fit and healthy.No expectations.
Objective..to have fun, meet new people, establish friendship and stay injury free.
Simple..strength, spirit and support.

We hope that you find this helpful and decide to row with us..if not..then there will be a team there for you..as there are teams that meet the needs of hundreds of virtual rowers.

I second Free Spirits and you don't have to be a near superman to have fun with us. I sure am not anywhere near one myself.
