You believe that you can row 17,307 meters in 60min (1:44 pace), when you cant row 2000 meters in 7 minutes (1:45 pace)

interesting belief... an "inverted pace/meter table", you alone appear to the only human being that goes faster as the distances increases.

Do you see any error in your logic?

I interpreted the locking of the 6:28 thread as a warning to keep it a bit more civil. I get a perverse please out of watching this soap opera unfold. Even though we would all be better off just ignoring rangers posts, I don't really want it to stop--hence my desire to dissuade the nastiness.

I would have thought the best "proof" one is capable of pulling a 6:16 2k would be ... a picture of a 6:16 2K?! I guess I was wrong.

I have explained my physical condition on Sunday. I just didn't have it. Too tired, I guess; and not yet fully prepared (in terms of heart rate).

I wasn't going 1:47. I have no interest in pulling a 2K at 1:47, which I do at 24 spm.

As I have mentioned, for the moment, I am pulling my 2K races at about 31 spm (1:37).

When I am rested and a little better prepared, I think I'll just pull the 2K right through at that, flat splits.

Then I will be ready for hard sharpening.

Briefly, at least, back in September, I had plans of going to BIRC. So I started to sharpen, however prematurely.

I decided pretty early on that I couldn't afford to go, though, so I just went back to my distance training and gave up the premature sharpening.

Please see a therapist or check into a rehab center before you completely self destruct and possibly take someone else with you, as is often the case with individuals such as yourself when no amount of drugs can hold off reality any longer and the fantasy comes crashing down.
