I hope you are proud of your achievement... 'cause we all are!! B) B)

Dan - so sorry to hear about this... at least I can limp along with my shoulder... to not be able to do anything is very sad. :(
Maybe you can make an upper body harness to allow at least your legs and torso to exert a pull... that youthful six pack could be just around the corner!! (or if not, in the fridge??). If you row one arm only, you could end up like Homer...

Dave H,

Thanks for the idea. After search the web for a suitable harness I realized my backpack camera bag might work. After playing with it for a few minutes I was able log 3000 meters just using my legs. The one arm rowing put to much stress on my left elbow.

danno

Cheers,
Dave

Hey K2! Although I do like a good mystery, the answer is no. I am not doing a half marathon a day. I row in the morning before work and row again after I get home.

Ah - I thought maybe you'd enlisted a few of the other dwarfs in the rowing effort... :D

Welcome back, Jan! Congratulations, Gina! Get well soon, Danno! And post a picture of your harness rig, please. Armless rowing might go a long way toward healing some pestery elbow and wrist issues.

No such luck, I'm afraid...just not enough in the tanks for any long work. Wednesdays are my "work-from-home-day", so I just take lots of short rows during the day (or maybe I do lots of short work.)
We're almost there, Luna-tics! Now is the time for full thrusters...we can coast a little later.
Slow and Steady is my pace, so it seems,
Slow and Steady wins the race, in my dreams.

Good weekend to all and row hard into the challenge end!

Cheers

As usual, the last few days of a challenge bring out the BEASTs....and we have some folks who wish to overtake us.....of course, we have some folks we'd like to overtake as well.....

Keep your eyes on the sky, and the daily meter average above the line.....and I do believe we have slipped below the meter average line.....

Very absent.....I tried to resume my less than stellar racquetball career with my teen age son Tuesday, and the back wrenching it produced cost me three days off. A man's got to know his limitations.
