do we have to oil only chain ?
or do i have to oil the seat rollers too ?

No, just take them off and clean them. The rollers are sealed and do not need lubrication. If cleaning them doesn't help, replace them.
BTW, can you pick just one of the forums. This one is best for the technical/mechanical questions as the folks from C2 follow it.
The UK forum is best for the technique questions as it has a larger population of active posters.

Windex and a few minutes...
I didn't even bother to take off the seat. Just get two paper towels, fold them into quarters (together) and spray windex on the paper towels in a distributed fashion. Take towels and hold against the rollers and move the seat forward and back (watch fingers and paper getting snagged). Use finger nail in paper towels in the 'corners' of the rollers that keep it tracking properly. Clean the rail with paper towels also, and then dry or let air dry. Works great, takes about 1 minute.

Use a wet cloth to clean the slide and rollers.
The seat should be very smooth and quiet and if it is not then replace the four 7/8"x3/8" Chinese bearings in the rollers with some Japanese RS bearings.
