Niall took some footage of me racing on Saturday Dwayne.

He reckon my pain face at the end of a race is also my sex face

My pain face is pretty funny. Im sure Niall will be able to post a clip at some stage.

Of course, the important question here is how exactly does Niall know what your sex face looks like? Hmm....

I'm away from this thread for a few hours and look what happens! John "Sugarboy" Foy pops his head in and all hell breaks loose

And for the record Krysta, John doesn't get in any of my dreams!! Now if we're talking about you in your AIO then that might be a different story

Dwayne, thanks for the kind words by the way. As ever, you're quite the motivator. On reflection, I know I could have broken my 1K PB on Saturday if I'd known it was achieveable. But the race was a handicap race so it was a waste of time putting the avg pace on the monitor. Might have a go at it soon though but the first priority is the CTC, I haven't had a crack at that yet. Will have a go next week, want to get in a Taff Attack boat! B)

Niall - it's great to see you back in the "boat"

Good luck with the Rugby test and your 1K PB

Why not add all these odd metres to your online Log for the team total too
