There's not much to figuring out the best way to train for rowing.
You just row well.
A lot.
Usually at some leisurely pace.
So there is nothing to report.
Those who race their training don't know their ass from their elbow and burn out iin a flash.
Most get a bit better for a couple of months, then worse, and worse, and worse.
Most get sick, injured, stale, and disappointed.
Then quit.
I was four seconds under the lightweight WR in my first race.
Now, eight years later, I will be a dozen seconds better.
My goal now is to break the 40s lwt WR when I am 60.
