So "This morning: 90min erg, 60min bike (21.2 MPH)" means 90 minute erg started before 1:00am, 3 hours on the internet then 60 minute bike.
Yep.

Except the "3 hours on the internet" thing.

I wrote a dozen messages or so to the forum.

It takes a couple of minutes to write a message.

So I was on the internet about a half hour.

I was doing all sorts of other things inbetween--bathing, eating breakfast, reading the paper, doing some work for school, getting dressed, doing up dishes, doing laundry, answering my e-mail, etc. You kinow, daily stuff that needs to get done.

This morning: 75min erg, 75min bike (24.2 MPH).

Another comparable session this afternoon, if I have the energy.

Training is coming along great.

No racing.

Just leisurely rides.

I ride pretty much the same speed, no matter what.

My HR is around 130 bpm when I ride.

Not true at all, for either the past or the future.

If I time myself for a piece on the erg, I'lI post the time for the distance rowed--as I have in the past and will continue to do.

I can't post a time if I don't time myself.

He's trying to deflect away from his embarrassment after being caught out lying about his training and his ridiculous story of starting his 90 minute morning erg session shortly after midnight.

Yea, facts are hard to deal with, huh, Kev?

Keep a stiff upper lip, face to the wind.

Always carry some chapstick.

That'll help.

They are when all of your posts are time logged and you didn't take a sufficient break to do what you claimed. Or are you now going to say that your 90 minute erg was done with posting breaks?

best thing to do with trolls is ignore them, remember, a troll says things ONLY to get a rise out of people, that's the whole point.
