Wow, Team, you all are doing some great meters already.

Wild Bill, it doesn't do justice to all your hard work and effort to only post your "before" pic. Throw a current one at us, too! You are a great encouragement to us all that the effort really can pay off.

My daughter, Andrea, has joined our team! She's decided that it's fun and a good way to workout. She's 13; so her goal is the 50 KM challenge. I posted her meters since Friday.

Go ahead and slap that before picture up there - couldn't be any worse than mine:

Looking at that is continuing motivation to keep on track with my rowing
Oh believe me, I have no problem putting my picture up for folks to see hehe. I just have it as one of my goals to put my before and after picture in my profile when I reach my target.

Here is my before pic for now hehe.

Everyday I'm rowing longer and farther, it's a great feeling!

P.S. The plastic sprues I'm grinding there are not part of my new diet :P hehe

You're making great progress, Bish! You'll reach your first 100,000 m in just a short time at the rate you're going!

Wikipedia says sprues are for injection molding....what did you make? And why do you grind them up?
