Miss the team, but between groin/hip flare up, work, home remodeling projects (to be finished BEFORE company arrives), tutoring, & the other miscellaneous, season ticket events on campus, there just isn't time right now for rowing. Without exercise, there is no weight loss happening & what muscle I had is turning to jelly. If the groin/hip thing will let me, I will row hard during the holiday and January challenges to get back on track.

A very happy Thanksgiving to all! I am thankful for each of you and for being a part of such a supportive team through the good, bad, and ugly times!
