i'm from Turkey. i was searching the net and i have knowledge about Concept 2 rowing machine now. %99 of users recommend it.
here in Turkey there s a seller of concept 2. model d 1500 dollars, model e 1900 dollars.
i'm 32 years old. i ve a private gym. a bodysolid homegym, a rack for bench press, dumbells up to 90 lbs. ,adjustable bench, pull ap bar , exercise bike and a dip machine.
but problem is i havent got a fit body. yes i workout , i ve some muscles but i have much fat too. because exercise bike is very boring.i cant motivate myself.and without enough cardio i think i ll never have a fit body.
i ve a plan. i will sell the huge bodysolid homegym. i usually use ,lat pulldown ,leg extension, leg curl and pec dec of it. i can do pull ups instead of lat pulldown ; dumbell flies instead of pec dec. and concept 2 will work my legs as good ad homegym leg extension and leg curl.
and bonus. i wish, i 'll have great condition and low fat body. for 32 years i have never had enough condition. i got tired fast when i play football, tennis.
if i give up selling this homegym machine, i cant purchase concept2 .because of space issue. i ll put concept 2 instead of bodysolid homegym.
concept 2 has online races against real people. or i can race against my old records. i think it s a big motivation.
i dont know if concept2 make muscular legs.because i have thin legs.if so it will perfect.
if i sell this homegym ,i'll still have a nautilus adjustable bench, pair of dumbells up to 90 lbs, a bench rack for bench press ,incline bench and squat, dip ,pull up and concept 2 .enough for fitness.
do you think i'm on the right way?
1.does concept 2 help me gain muscular legs? i ve thin legs.
2.do u think concept 2 s worth replacing that home gym. i paid 1700 dollars for it. i think i cant sell more than 500 dollars
